Clause 1.1 — Age Requirement

Minimum Age: 21 Years

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a jitace account and to use any feature of the jitace platform, including free-play modes and promotional content. By completing the registration process and proceeding to jitace login, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jitace reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification reveals that a player is under 21, jitace will close the account immediately, void all wagers placed, and return any net deposits made (after deducting any withdrawals already paid), at jitace's sole discretion.

Clause 1.2 — One Account Policy

Single Account Per Person

Each natural person may register and maintain only one jitace account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of the above — is strictly prohibited. jitace uses automated and manual verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitace may close all associated accounts, void pending wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact jitace support immediately.

Clause 1.3 — Accurate Information

Registration Details Must Be True and Current

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jitace account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the payment details you intend to use. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. jitace may require documentary verification of any detail provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your jitace account.

Clause 1.4 — Account Security

Your Responsibility for Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitace login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your jitace login details with any other person. All activity carried out through your jitace account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you believe your jitace login credentials have been compromised, you must contact jitace support immediately. jitace will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Clause 2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

BDT Payment Channels at jitace

jitace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. jitace does not accept payments in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at jitace's sole discretion.

Clause 2.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Transaction Minimums

The minimum deposit amount at jitace is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may differ and will be displayed on the jitace deposit page at the time of transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. jitace reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time with or without prior notice. Players will be notified of current thresholds at the point of initiating a transaction.

Clause 2.3 — Processing Times

Deposit and Withdrawal Timelines

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the jitace player wallet within seconds of payment confirmation, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits submitted before 15:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are generally processed on the same business day. Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are processed within 1 to 3 hours of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. jitace does not guarantee processing times during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or national public holidays.

Clause 2.4 — Own Funds and Source of Funds

Player Responsibility for Funds

By depositing funds into your jitace account, you confirm that the funds belong to you personally, that they are from a legitimate source, and that depositing them does not violate any law applicable to you. jitace reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the matter is resolved to jitace's satisfaction.

Clause 3.1 — General Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Application

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by jitace ("Bonuses") are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. jitace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be claimed by players whose primary purpose is to exploit promotional structures for guaranteed financial gain.

Clause 3.2 — Welcome Bonus

৳20,000 First Deposit Bonus

New jitace players who complete registration, verify their account, and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available for use on eligible casino games and sports betting markets as specified in the promotion terms. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 3.3. The welcome bonus may be claimed once per player and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Clause 3.3 — Wagering Requirements

How Wagering Works at jitace

Bonus funds credited to your jitace account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on different game categories may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.

Clause 3.4 — Bonus Abuse

Prohibited Bonus Activity

Attempting to exploit jitace bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other method that jitace reasonably determines to be abusive constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jitace reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any wagers placed using bonus funds, and permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse, with or without prior notice.

Clause 7.1 — Platform Availability

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

jitace does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The jitace platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or reasons beyond jitace's control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions. jitace will not be liable for any loss, including betting losses or missed promotional opportunities, arising from platform unavailability.

Clause 7.2 — Extent of Liability

jitace's Maximum Liability to You

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitace's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jitace platform shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jitace shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Clause 7.3 — Third-Party Game Content

Responsibility for Provider-Supplied Games

Games and live casino content supplied to the jitace platform by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) are delivered under licence agreements. While jitace takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and integrity of provider content, jitace is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within provider-side game software. Disputes about game outcomes should be raised with jitace support, which will escalate to the relevant provider where appropriate.
